• User / You: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
• Content: Documents, files, data, or other materials uploaded, stored, or processed using the Service.
• Account: A registered user profile that grants access to the Service.

You must:

• Have the legal authority to bind your organization (if applicable)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all account activity complies with these Terms
• Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access or security breaches

Despite our safeguards, no system is completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data.

• Pricing will be displayed before purchase
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled
• You authorize charges to your selected payment method

We may modify pricing with prior notice.

We strive for uninterrupted access but do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation. Temporary suspensions may occur for maintenance, upgrades, or security updates.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, misuse, or interference with security. You may terminate your account by contacting support. Data handling after termination follows our Privacy Policy.

All trademarks, branding, software, and system features are owned by Thrin Check Limited. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse-engineering, or branding use is prohibited.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability will not exceed fees paid in the prior 12 months (if applicable)
• We are not responsible for data loss caused by misuse or external attacks beyond our control

You agree to indemnify and hold Thrin Check Limited harmless from any claims arising from misuse of the Service, violations of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lagos state, Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
